This is the most sastified moment i have achieved all this years working in The BoDy Shop. Out of all the mystery shopper i been kanna, first time a customer is very sastified with my service. Nt to show off but is proud of myself..You might wondering what is a mystery shopper, is actually where Companies send mystery shopper to act as shoppers to observe and provide analytical skills that provide stores with a feedback, which would help them improve their customer experience.
All this while trying my best to provide great service. Hard to provide 100% service but glad tat this time round i get 97% which is the 1st among all the shop in Singapore for that month. . So happy.. But Sad to say, gg to terminate my service at the Body shop soon..Can't mark my 3 years anniversary with them.. Sob Sob!!!
