ANGRY!!!

Hate Salesperson who wanted sales so badly yet doesn’t show proficiency at all and now resulting the customer so much trouble. This teaches me a lesson on purchasing any products next time.

Recently have purchase a HP desktop from IT fair and since the warranty only cover for 1 year; I went to extend to 3 years by paying another $109 more with addition of freebies on purchasing the desktop. Today make a trip down to headquarter to collect my freebies and happen to know that the 3 years warranty is actually counted as free as its part of the freebies. Was so “Bo Shong” and make a call to the company and requested for a refund and in the end they told me that they are unable to make a refund but only allowed for an exchange with products.

What makes me angry is why they can’t give a proper training in the first place for their staff. If they train their staff properly and deliver the correct msg across to the customer, this whole thing won’t be happening. Yes!! You earn commission upon successful closing a deal but that not the end. You also need to provide with the full service to customer, provided them with all the accurate and detail information to the them making them feels that what they buy are value for the $$ and not just desperately in selling the product to earn the commission. Harloo.. I do sales B4 too...


And now the whole thing is making me so much trouble as now I have to make a trip down to Funan just for the exchange. I dun blame them if they dun refund as company have company rules and since they allowed for an exchange I’m fine with it. I told Shana the whole scenario and she say I can’t be soft hearted in letting them do the exchange as in the end they are still earning. And now she writing a complain letter on behalf of me to the management. The way she respond shocked me and she told me she likes to pick up a fight. Can’t wait to see what they respond...
